 View Availability Calendar (Please note that we update this as often as possible, but this is subject to change!) Welcome to Tranquility, Condo 9F at Old Fenimore Mill, in Cedar Key Florida. We hope you're ready to take a break from the world and enjoy our view of paradise. Built in 2002, our goal in furnishing our condo was to impart a feeling of peace and tranquility. In fact, that's what we named the place - "Tranquility". A blending of contemporary organic themes and traditional Japanese design elements lends just the right touch of "Zen" to the space without being intrusive. A perfect compliment to the stunning view awaiting just outside the door. Our condo is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort and convenience, whether your stay is two nights or two months. In particular, we've tried to accomodate the harried professional, who has to stay in touch with business, even while trying to escape for a short while. We know from personal experience that it's much easier to relax knowing things are humming along nicely in the outside world. A computer, large monitor, keyboard, and printer/fax/scanner are available for guest use. Free DSL and WiFi access are provided, just fire up your laptop and go! Rates We offer Tranquility for rental by the weekend, week, or month depending on the time of year. One night stays are sometimes available mid-week, last minute, or during slow times (there aren't many!). Please email us to inquire about one night stays. Rates
$160/night (2 night minimum out of season) $3,000/month (January, February, August, September only) *Holiday and festival weekends from July 15 - Feb. 1 require a minimum of 4 nights and will not be reserved more than 4 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a week's stay. We sometimes allow pets - contact us and let us know what type of pet you have. There is a $10 pet fee per visit. Please know that we never approve cats as the owner is very allergic! (Rates are subject to increase without notice. Please check with us at the time of reservation.)Please email us with questions.
